On October 16-17, 2025, the Polish American Congress (PAC) held its annual Council of National Directors meeting in Chicago, Illinois, bringing together representatives from divisions and organizations across the United States.
This year’s meeting held particular significance, as elections were conducted to choose the new National Executive Board. After many years of dedicated service, Frank J. Spula, the long-standing President of the organization, chose not to seek re-election.
The first day of the meeting was dedicated to reports from the outgoing Executive Board, who presented summaries of their accomplishments and contributions to the organization. Delegates also reviewed and voted on proposed amendments to the PAC bylaws. The updated bylaws will be published on the official PAC website once they are finalized and approved at the national level.
The meeting and elections were accompanied by distinguished guest Anna Maria Anders, Polish politician, and former Ambassador of Poland to Italy, whose presence highlighted the strong ties between Poland and the Polish American community.
The second day was devoted to the election of new officers. The newly elected Executive Board is as follows:
President: Hubert Cioromski (IL)
First Vice President: James Robaczewski (IL)
Secretary: Steve Flor (NY)
Treasurer: Agnieszka Bastrzyk (IL)
Vice President for American Affairs: Tomasz Kolodziej (DC)
Vice President for Polish Affairs: Andrzej Niemyjski (AZ)
Vice President for Public Relations: Lukasz Dudka (IL)
Vice President for Membership: Joseph Mikolaj Rej (NY)
Vice President for Financial Development: Sylvia Gladkowska (AZ)
Vice President for Education: Alicja Kuklinski (IL)

The Polish American Congress of Southern California Division extends its heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected Executive Board and wishes them continued success in advancing our shared mission of strengthening the Polish American community and promoting the values and goals of the Polish American Congress.
